Hey loves!
I just wanted to share my excitement over being a new contributor to Mom Spark with some of my food pics and recipes. Mom Spark is an A M A Z I N G website filled to the brim with DIY ideas, fashion and style, recipes, parenting tips, blogging tricks and everything in between.
And since I kinda love food like…a lot, the lovely Amy Bellgardt [Chief Badass Babe and Head of Operations over at Mom Spark] asked me to share.
We go waaaaayyyy back to my early food blogging days, when I had NO clue what I was doing but still loved to do it anyway.
Oh wait…that’s STILL my story. Life: making it up as I go along, since 1981. 
Just goes to show that you should always follow your heart, pursue your passion, and always, always do YOU, because nobody else can do it with such finesse.
So, here is my first contribution I am excited to share with Mom Spark, and all of you: a Lentil Salad with Cucumber, Pickled Fennel & Red Onion and Minted Citrus Dill Dressing.
